Nemesis Invoked
Band Bio
In the fall of 2004, Slit Bathory had a vision of darkness. As the frontman of the former Skinned Deep, he wanted to expand his musical level, to range from not only metal, but into techno as well. Thus the creation of his alternate persona (the more industrial "Nemesis 13") which branched off into his own techno/industrial project known only as Nemesis Invoked.
Infuenced mainly by Velvet Acid Christ and Nine Inch Nails, Nemesis Invoked brings together a devious blend of techno and industrial with influences by his own nightmares and drug hallucinations. This is by far the more artsy project he had ever been a part of aswell. By featuring his own art, drawn to his songs, and songs created from images he drew, Nemesis Invoked spawns the dawning of a new age for industrial.
The earlier days of Nemesis Invoked were spent with N13 and his brother Angelus Reverof (AX[R]) practicing songs after school, when they werent playing in their other respective bands. AX[R] was only a session member (and still is) so he was never as big of a part of NI as Slit was. Now bringing in their other brother, Wicked Zodiac, as another session member, the band has taken on new directions.
Now free of his drug problem, Slit Bathory has fully converged into his new techno/industrial persona. Nemesis 13 or N[13], has taken over and will continue to make more nightmarish techno music and feature more guest members and hopefully a tour will be in the works.

Nemesis Invoked - Interview with N[13]
Vampire Mafia Magazine: How did you come up with the name Nemesis Invoked?
Nemesis 13: The new album by Cradle of Filth (Nymphetamine) had just come out, and right away, I clung to the song "Nemesis" and thought 'Nemesis.... hmm... Nemesis Invoked.. wow, that sounds cool" so I accidentally made the name up, and I liked it so I stuck with it.
VMM: You are the only “real” member of Nemesis Invoked, why is that?
N13: If I give anyone else freedom to express themselves in this, it wont be my masterpiece, it'll be a collage of many different musicians. Nemesis Invoked is my creation, I control everything.Read More
